WALKING MEDITATION
Classes offer a grounded, inquiry-based approach to yoga, movement, and embodiment, rooted in Zen Buddhist principles, feminist ethics of care and ecology-thinking. Trained in Dynamic Mindfulness, the practices center breath, somatic awareness, and relational presence over performance or form. We meet the body as an ecology - sensing, remembering, and restoring connection through movement, stillness, and attention.

GUIDED WALKING MEDITAITON
Walking becomes a way of listening— We tune to the ground beneath thought, emotion, story. To the felt edges of our aliveness in public space, curated space, 'natural' space. Practiced in cemeteries, forests, museums, and the city, this is not a technique but a way of being in relation. Various themes and various inquiries: how does it feel to move like we belong here?
